Furthewr afeild celebtrity chefs such as Jamie Oliver and Rick Stein have made their mark by opening restaurants here in Cornwall.

The Tresanton Hotel
A well respected Hotel and Restaurant in St Mawes. The restaurant is open to non-residents throughout the year for lunches, tea, and dinner. The bbq's on Sunday during the summer are particulaly good!

The Kings Head
This traditional pub at Ruan Lanihorne has earnt a great reputation for its warm and friendly atmosphere, fantastic food, and beautiful surroundings. Their 'Ruan Duck' dishes are not to be missed!

The Watchhouse - St Mawes
This relativly new restaurants is proving to be very popular and offers a variety of fresh local produce, well cooked, served in a casual bistro atmosphere. The restaurant also operates a fish & chip takeaway attached to the side.

The Victory Inn
This is the last remaining 'traditional' pub in St Mawes. Good food, Regional and national ales and a warm atmosphere. Along side their normal menus they have curry nights, fish and chip nights and happy hour! A more formal restaunt can be found upstairs. Ideal for large parties.
